Parva Farmhouse Restaurant with Rooms
Eight-bedroomed family run Guesthouse and Restaurant, on the banks of the River Wye, less than a mile from Tintern Abbey.
A 17th Century former farmhouse set just 50 yards from the banks of the River Wye, less than a mile from historic Tintern Abbey.
It has been a guesthouse for some years with a loyal following. Now with new owners, Marta and Roger Brook, it is also a proper restaurant, open to non-residents as well as those staying with us.
We were restaurant manager and head chef at the Michelin-starred Walnut Tree near Abergavenny and central to its success since 2007 with lots of awards and suchlike.
First we source decent ingredients. Then we cook them with respect.
